Our Purpose
Hawai’i’s low- and middle-income families are struggling with the rising cost of living. We believe that these families should owe less taxes, while the wealthiest among us should pay higher taxes in order to fund the programs and services that we all benefit from.
Creating a Fairer Tax System
In Hawai’i, the wealthy—including many part time residents—can take advantage of special tax breaks and loopholes. We need to balance the tax code by raising taxes on the top 1%, out-of-state investors, and corporations.
